NEW COACH REQUIREMENTS FOR U10 AND HIGHER ALLSTARS

Please be aware that all all-star AND league playoff teams in U10 and above must be coached by a coach certified to that level. For example, a U10 all-star coach must be U10 certified.  A U14 coach must have the intermediate certification.  Please plan ahead now so that you and your team are not disappointed later!  Check the website throughout the season and contact your DC for Youth (U12), Intermediate, and Advanced courses being offered throughout our Region and Area.

SAFETY!
Please keep safety tips in mind! All players must wear shinguards or they will not be covered by our insurance. Shinguards must be worn inside the socks. Also no baseball cleats may be used (toe cleats). Soccer or other cleats or shoes must be used instead.

Leave goals alone - each year a child is hurt by a falling goalpost in the US. Please make sure it isn't one of our kids! Goals must be staked to the ground for proper use!

If a player is injured, please fill out the AYSO incident report form. AYSO offers Supplemental Accident Insurance for our players (there is a deductible). See all forms below which should be given to any family who has sustained an injury:

AYSO Incident Report Form (should be filled out by coach)

AYSO Supplemental Accident Insurance Brochure/Info

SAI Claim Form (must be signed by Regional Commissioner)

If you have questions about these forms or any Safety issue, please contact Kaye Shelnutt at
kshelnutt@hotmail.com
